Any American Heritage Girl will be proud to fix a new Service Star to her vest or sash. Service Stars are earned by providing service to others.
Each Program Level has different requirements that need to be completed before a Service Star is awarded:
- 5 hours of service required for each Tenderheart blue star,
- 10 hours of service required for each Explorer red star,
- 15 hours of service required for each Pioneer white star,
- 20 hours of service required for each Patriot gold star.
