Refund policy
Returns
All returned items must be in saleable condition and received within 30 days of your original receipt of the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Badges, patches, last chance, and clearance items are not eligible for return. When returning an item, please use our return form to speed up the processing of your refund. Please note that AHGstore is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
AHGstore does not accept badge or patch returns or exchanges. All last chance and clearance item sales are final. Last chance and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
AHGstore does not accept exchanges. Please return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
