This 2" x 1" woven fabric patch was created for the "Free to See with My Heart" program, developed by Frieda B. for American Heritage Girls (check it out at FriedaB.com/AHG). Based on the book Frieda B. A Great Day at the Dog Park, the Free to See with My Heart Program helps participants use the eyes of the heart to better understand self and others… ultimately leading to the fullness of authentic community.
