Size up to a large you are normally a medium! You will thank me later. Nice quality shirt, but it would have been too tight on my chest if I ordered a medium instead.

You should definitely buy a size bigger which I did. The sleeves were rather tight around my arms. Aside from that, the shirt was fine.

I ordered a size up for a loose fit. It defiantly runs small, should have sized up by 2. Otherwise I love it!

The shirt is comfortable as long as you go up one or two sizes. The price is high for what it is. Leaders/volunteers should get deep discounts on this required uniform shirt, in my opinion.

The shape is great, a good cut for a woman's body. However, the dark navy let's a surprising amount of light through when held up. This makes me nervous to wear it without an under shirt. More conservative families may face similar concerns. Secondly, I'm eager to see what happens to the backing behind the logo after the first wash. Right out of the package, the patch is thick, tough, and scratchy. I'm hoping it softens with time.
