TGF is an online self-defense and life skills program for girls aged six and up, inspired by Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), fitness, and faith-based motivation. To earn The Great Flip patch, girls must complete The Top 12 Self-Defense Skills course offered by The Great Flip.
