Heart to Listen Session V3: In this session, girls will learn the heart it takes to listen well to others by observing Jesus’ example, understanding grace and mercy come from God the Father, and that the Holy Spirit equips them with the fruits of listening well as leaders.
 
Interpersonal Communication Session V2: God was the Original Communicator, using verbal and nonverbal methods to relay His messages. In this session, girls will learn how transactional communication of listening and expressing can help meet the goal of shared understanding with those they lead.
 
Vision Casting Session V3: Girls will leave this session with several helpful building blocks for better understanding, preserving, and sharing a vision in their own lives, such as the importance of vision, its source, and how to communicate it to others.
 
Servant Leadership Session V2: The most effective leaders do not press down from above but lift up and provide support from solid foundations. This session guides girls through the ways servant leaders develop growth in those they lead. 

Peer Influence Session V3: Influencing friends can be fun but comes with its own set of challenges. In this session, girls will discover what it means to mobilize others, maintain friendships, live as a peacemaker, and lead from their sweet spot.

Building Culture Session V2: The environment that girls foster can lead to either an unhealthy culture or a unified community. This session teaches girls the meaning and significance of culture, the ingredients for creating a welcoming space, and how to balance work and fun with love and grace to build healthy team camaraderie.

Growth Through Feedback and Rejection Session V3:  In this session, girls will learn that being able to receive and apply correction from others humbly contributes to character and leadership development.

Narratives Session V1: In this session, girls will learn about the negative impact of jumping to conclusions with false narratives, how to apply charitable assumptions, and seeking truth with courageous conversations.

Conflict Resolution Session V1: Along with the Biblical model of conflict resolution, girls will learn in this session when and how to lead as a peacekeeper, a peacemaker, and a peace seeker, covering each situation with love and prayer. 

Goals & Planning Session V1: This session discusses orderly planning as a Godly attribute, evaluating girls' goals to determine if they are "W.I.S.E.," and how planned steps, timeline milestones, and accountability can help them achieve worthy goals.
 
Decision-Making Session V1: In this session, girls will learn how to seek God as the source of all wise choices. Other topics addressed include seeking Godly counsel, weighing options, "tiebreaker" decision-making methods, and decisive leadership.
 
Problem-Solving Session V1:Problems are inevitable in almost any undertaking, but a healthy outlook enables girls to approach them as opportunities instead of obstacles. This session guides girls through steps for calmly addressing a problem head-on and maintaining an attitude of Godly joy through it all.
 
Session Materials: Each session guide includes an overview of the session, supply checklist, games, skits and challenges, lesson script, link to lesson video download, breakout activities, a large group activity, journaling prompts, and a devotion to take back to your Troop meetings.
